Using Excel to continue a pattern


Excel has built-in logics to help us continue a pattern that we want.
For example, we can just key in Jan, Feb and then it can show months from Jan to Dec.
If you key in January and February instead, it will show from January to December (full spelling)
It can save you lots of time!

This is how it works.

- Highlight any pattern that you want to repeat.
- Click on the dot at the bottom right corner and drag down until you want the pattern to stop.

It's that simple!

The end will look like this:

Column A adds by 1, column B adds by 1 month and column C adds by 3!
